St. Patrick's Day Dinner!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

We had a St. Patrick's Day Dinner Wednesday night at Susan's house. She did an amazing job on the food! She went with a different direction on the food, other than just making all "Green" food. Susan thought it would be neat and educational if we had an Irish meal!

So she made Shepherd's Pie (recipe was compliments of Nikki)

Soda Bread (which was delicious), green beans (probably not Irish but they were Green)

She also had green sherbet with sprite (and the kids loved it)!

And to top it off, She even had cookies and Gumball machines for all the kiddos!

If only pre-aranged marriage was still the going thing! ;)

Doss has started calling Nikki that because he knows he will get anything he wants when she is around!
